Program Description
Agathon UAF’s 45 Hr Doctor of Ministry in Applied Faith (45 Hr DMin) equips experienced ministry leaders with a practical contextualization of Transformative Learning and Leadership concepts to current and aspirational ministry environments.
Program Learning Outcomes
- To equip experienced ministry leaders for innovative and transformative leadership in applied faith contexts.
- To enhance experienced ministry leaders’ expression of Biblical worldview-based theory, practice, and assessment for current ministry contexts.
- To produce in Learners an increased aptitude for multidimensional analysis, critical thought, and the synthesizing of transformative learning and leadership principles for maximized ministry practice.
